Started in 1997, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) works to make the world safer from drugs, crime, terrorism and corruption. It works in 150 countries, building networks of cooperation across borders and providing reliable data and analysis.
The UNODC provides a wide range of tailored technical assistance activities to countries with a view to strengthening their responses to preventing and combating crime.
International Organization For Migration (IOM)
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is the leading intergovernmental organization dedicated to promoting humane,safe and orderly migration, fostering international cooperation, and providing humanitarian assistance to migrants, including refugees and internally displaced people, in collaboration with governmental, intergovernmental, and non-governmental partners.
Kenya became the first African Member State to join the IOM in 1985 and an IOM office was established in the county in 1993. Since then IOM has been delivering on the promise of migration by working with GOK, development partners, private sector, civil society organizations and other relevant stakeholders to seize the opportunities and tackle challenges of migration through immigration and border governance.

GIZ is a service provider in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. Working with partners in national governments GIZ deliver effective solutions that offer people better prospects and sustainably improve living conditions.
Trademark Africa (TMA)
TradeMark Africa (TMA) formerly TradeMark East Africa is an Aid-for-Trade organization established in 2010 with the aim of growing prosperity through increased trade. TMA operates on a not-for-profit basis and works closely with intergovernmental organizations, national governments, private sector and civil society organizations.
TMA has contributed to substantial gains in trade facilitation and regional integration in East Africa and the Horn of Africa, improved border efficiency and reduction in barriers to trade.
United States Of America Customs And Border Protection (USCBP)
The US Customs and Border Protection (USCBP) is a border security agency with a focus on maintaining the integrity of the USA’s boundaries and ports of entry. The consolidation of border roles and responsibilities has allowed the USCBP to develop seamless security procedures while ensuring compliance in immigration, health and international trade laws and regulations.
The USCBP coordinates and supports international initiatives, programs and activities with external partners worldwide with a focus on international cooperation and strengthening relationships to facilitate and secure legitimate trade and travel.
CIVIPOL
CIVIPOL is the technical cooperation operator of the French Ministry of the Interior and is present in more than 80 countries. Combining the efficiency of a private company with the power of its public service mission and financed almost exclusively by international sponsors, CIVIPOL builds cooperative security projects with various partners including Governments.
